Bunker work continued

The bunker work continues on #6 and #8. We have installed the sand on each and continue to place sod over the bare ground.

Bunkers on #7 and #11

The Better Billy Bunkers on #7 and #11 are finally finished. I hope everyone enjoys the new sand and bunker technology. Thank you for your patience!!!!

Winter weeds

The warm winter has allowed a few weeds to penetrate our fall Pre-emergent application. The left side of the 8th fairway is one of warmest areas of the golf course due to increased sun light. Today we spot sprayed the entire golf course with products that will take care of Poa Annua and winter broadleaf weeds. The first picture is an example of the weeds and the second picture is Gary applying the herbicides.

We are finalizing the drainage on #8. You will see us installing the rock by hand to limit contamination.

Sand in the bunker!!!

There is finally sand in the bunker at #7! We still need to pack and possibly add more sand. Please still play the bunker as ground under repair!!
