Greens application

Some of you may see a slight white tint to the greens over the next day or so. We applied calcium and potassium to the greens on Monday and what you are seeing is the clay carrier of the applied nutrients. This will wear off over the next day or so with mowing and irrigation.

#10 Bunker

We are stripping the sand out of the first fairway bunker on #10 to raise the floor and allow easier advancement of the ball. Thank you for your patience!

#14 tee

If you see the disturbed earth behind #13 green, it's the new tee we are adding per Tim Liddy's last visit. The tee will add yardage to the golf hole and will only be used during special occasions. Thank you for your patience during the project!

Venting Greens

Today we are venting greens on the course. The process is in response to increase mowing and rolling from a tournament. We do this to increase oxygen to plant roots, plus we are adding nutrients to the greens and it allows the application greater ease when penetrating the canopy. You will see the tiny holes for a few days but it will not affect ball roll!

Weeds

One of the offsets of a early Spring is the increased weed activity through the golf course. We have addressed a few areas and will continue to eradicate the infectious weeds. Thank you for your patience!

Whiskey Barrel editions

We have added three whiskey barrels to the course on holes #7 tee, #10 tee and #13 tee. Outside of the last four holes, there should only be a three hole gap between fill stations.
